I’m a certified braider with a strong passion for healthy hair, specializing in loc maintenance, natural hair care, and hair growth techniques that support long-term strength and beauty.
Aesthetically A was built with the belief that everyone deserves to look and feel their best. My goal is to provide an experience that’s professional yet warm, luxurious but still down-to-earth, and always centered around you. Aesthetically A – Booking Policies
Welcome to Aesthetically A! Please read the policies below before booking your appointment. These guidelines help ensure a smooth, professional, and respectful experience for every client.

🔒 Deposits
• A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposits must be paid via PayPal at the time of booking.
• Your deposit goes toward your remaining balance.
• Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed.

💰 Payments
• Remaining balances must be paid upon arrival or before service begins.
• Accepted payments: Cash, PayPal, or Cash App (adjust if needed).
• No refunds on completed services.

⏰ Late Policy
• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
• After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee applies.
• After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.

🚫 No-Call / No-Show
• No-call/no-show clients will lose their deposit and may be blocked from future bookings.
• If you need to reschedule, please contact me before your appointment time.

📅 Rescheduling & Cancellations
• You may reschedule once without losing your deposit if you notify me 24+ hours in advance.
• Same-day cancellations result in the deposit being forfeited.
• New appointments require a new deposit.

👥 Extra Guests
• No extra guests or children unless they are being serviced.
• This ensures a safe, comfortable, and focused environment.

💇 Hair Preparation
Please choose ONE of the following options:
Option 1 — I Can Wash Your Hair
I offer a shampoo and blow-dry add-on for clients who want to arrive as-is.
This service must be selected during booking so I can allow enough time.
Option 2 — You Arrive Ready
If washing at home, please arrive with:
• Clean hair
• Fully detangled
• Free of heavy oils, buildup, gel, or debris
Failure to arrive prepared may result in additional fees or rescheduling.

• Photos or videos of your completed style may be taken for portfolio and social media use.
• If you prefer not to be photographed, please let me know before service begins.
